1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy explains how ON-TEAM Co., Ltd. (registration number 0835566012372, registered address: 71/6 Moo 2, Wichit Subdistrict, Muang Phuket District, Phuket, Thailand), operating under the “Prestige Rentals” brand (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), processes the personal data of users of the website prestige-rentals.shop (the “Website”).
We process data in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), B.E. 2562.
By using the Website and contacting us through messengers, you confirm that you have read this Policy.
2. What Data We Collect
We do not collect your name, phone number, email, or any other manually entered data on the Website itself — there are no such forms on the Website, and there is no registration.
The Website automatically collects technical data about your visit using analytics tools (see Section 6): your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, your referral source, and other anonymized data about your behavior on the Website.
When you select a bike and tap the button to open a messenger, an automatic message is generated containing the chosen bike model and your desired rental dates. You send this message to us yourself via Telegram or WhatsApp.
Once you have messaged our manager, we request and process the following in order to arrange the rental:
- your first and last name;
- your phone number;
- your passport details;
- a photo or scan of your passport (which you send in the chat);
- information relating to paying and refunding the deposit.
3. Purposes of Processing
We process your data solely in order to:
- arrange your bike rental agreement;
- contact you regarding the rental;
- take and refund the deposit;
- comply with the requirements of Thai law.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
We process your data on the following bases: performance of the rental agreement with you; your consent (which you give by sending your data to the manager); and compliance with our legal obligations.
5. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your data may be disclosed to government authorities, including the Thai police, where required by law or in response to an official request.
Please note: communication with the manager takes place through third-party messengers — Telegram and WhatsApp (owned by Meta). Messages, including photos of your passport, pass through these services’ servers and are processed by them in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control how data is processed within these messengers.
6. Cookies & Analytics
The Website uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to analyze traffic and user behavior. These tools use cookies and may transfer anonymized data to the servers of Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc., located outside Thailand.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect the proper functioning of certain features of the Website.
You can review or change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for the period required by Thai law, after which we delete or anonymize it. Correspondence is not archived separately and remains within the relevant messenger.
8. Your Rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to: access your data; request its correction; request its deletion; and withdraw your consent to processing.

9. Age Restriction
Our rental services are available only to persons aged 18 and over. By using the Website and renting a bike, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page together with its effective date.
